
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Pacific Royale Airways is optimist that they will fly by the middle of year, even though the Directorate General of Air Transport has not issued an aviation business license (SIUP) yet, according to Samudera Sukardi, Pacific Royal operational project leader.
