Inflammation is, in short-term impact may not be how severe, at most, so more frequent sore throat or experiencing swollen gums. But for the long term, researchers worry would impact on the risk of heart attack, cancer and the decline of nerve function.

This conclusion is the result of research conducted by experts from the University of California Los Angeles as quoted by Friday (2/11/2011). In that study, the experts involved 93 adults regardless of social status, economic and gender.

The study, led by Steven Cole is observing the function of immune cells of participants and compare with the pattern of their daily interactions. Most participants were happy to hang out, but there is also no friends alias always lonely.

A surprising relationship between the function of cells with a pattern of relationships observed in participants who experience chronic loneliness, or never had a friend hang out. In the group of participants, the plasmasitoid dendritic cells and monocytes which is a component of the immune have much higher activity.

The high activity of both types of cells meneybabkan overreaction when there is damage to tissue. As a result, the participants easily experienced when there is inflammation of tissue disruption or damage no matter how small.

These results prove that the lifestyle and social interaction can give effect to health. Allegedly, the relationship between them is the human body's natural mechanism to ward off diseases that are transmitted from the environment.
