Homemade Yeast Infection Remedy Cure

Apple cider vinegar can be used as an effective homemade remedy. Try diluting it with water and daub it daily to the areas infected. To avoid irritation and itchiness, you can add up garlic. Another one is by mixing olive extract, grapefruit seed extract and a water.


You can also soak a tampon into a curd and put it in the area infected 2-3 times a day. This is considered one of the best homemade remedies for the unhealthy yeast bacteria that caused the infection will then be replaced by the healthy bacteria present in curds. That\’s why including curds in your daily diet may prevent you from having yeast infection. So, whether infected or not, you should drink at least two glasses of buttermilk a day.
