He said the new joint exercises are held not only the first time aims to improve the skills, abilities and professionalism of soldiers, but also to establish mutual understanding and agreement the two militaries.
"This exercise is not merely to enhance the skills and abilities, but how exercise between Army Special Forces and the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China to produce understanding, equality and mutual benefit for both sides," said Suryo.
