FIFA Threatens to Freeze the Football Federation of Ukraine

VIVAnews - The World Football Federation (FIFA) sent warning letters to Ukrainian football federation (FFU). In the letter the FIFA has threatened to freeze the status of the federation, if the member clubs of the country continues to overthrow the president Hrigory Surkis.

A number of football clubs in the country accused Surkis too pro Dynamo Kyiv, the club headed by his brother, Ihor Surkis. The attitude of partisanship that cause dissatisfaction from members. However, efforts to overthrow Hrigory failed coup attempt and FIFA sniff it.

FIFA asked for FFU to maintain their executive committee until the end of the period of office 2012. "FIFA does not recognize other leadership that was born from the process of government interference,"

If the letter is ignored peringata, FIFA is ready to exclude Ukraine from relationships with other FIFA members, from club to national team level. This comes amid chaotic preparation of Ukraine to host Euro 2012 with Poland.
