Insurance Continuing Education Credits



Earlier I wrote a post about How to Become a Licensed Insurance Broker in the United States. The post is still in its infancy and links are added daily, but one thing I realized in writing about earning an agent's/broker's license is that once you successfully get your license, you need to do what it takes to keep it.



Part of keeping and renewing your insurance broker's license involves taking continuing education (CE) credits. The number of continuing education credits required varies by state. Fortunately, with the evolution of the internet, insurance brokers and agents can take many, if not all, of their continuing education credits online. For those who prefer the traditional classroom setting, don't fret, the classroom option is still available.
