When you sign up for an Embrace Pet Insurance policy, one of the things I tell you in my welcome email is that you need to have gone to the vet in the last 12 months or go as soon as possible since your coverage does not start until that happens.

Since the vast majority of people have been to the vet in the last year, I often get the following question:

Hello Laura: Both of my pets have been in the vet recently (more or less 3 – 2 months ago). Do you need the vet to fill a form? ML
